LightForest,  Engorgement isn't just milk, it's also inflammation in your breasts from all that increased blood flow and "work" that your breasts need to do to establish lactation.  So, they will probably still feel pretty...

I have to echo what has been said here that a c/s is not the "easy" way out.  It took me about 4 weeks to recover after my c/s to the point that I felt only 4 days after my natural birth.  Something to consider!  :)...
