Well at the moment I rarely eat more than 3 spoons of food at a time, and need to top that of with some gavescon heartburn suspention.  I am drinking lots of water - cut everything else out now- and even that seems to agrevate it....

I am trying to avoid any triggers but it just doesn go away...  suppose I must bear it for another 4.5 months?

Hi ladies, I want to join as I KNOW baby will be here by end May.  My EDD is June 2 but I had DD at 34 weeks and DS at 37 weeks - so I think about 21 May?? And its a BOY!!!!!

I am pretty sure thats a girt, have seen 2 boys and it was pretty clear at 13 weeks and 14 weeks what they looked like.
