I had seen the same on Facebook and came here to find out if there was any truth to it. I have no doubt that RIC rates are on the decline but 30-some percent can't be right. Can it?

It wasn't really an issue with my SO but I did have him watch the Penn & Teller BullS*** episode on circumcision. We found it both informative and entertaining.

Wasn't there another study done on this involving recently amputated foreskins (rather than long dead foreskins) that showed that live Langerhan cells fought off HIV cells?
