Rozzie--I'm thinking of getting an IUD for the first time and trying to decide between the paraguard and mirena.  Have you had one before and what swayed you to the paraguard?  Any other opinions on IUDs?

I'm so sorry to hear this, Cristeen.  I'm so glad you caught it early.  What were the signs that had you worrying?  It sounds very scary but promising that she is in good hands with good Dr.'s.  I hope the surgery...

Congratulations!!  He is such a cutie.  There is definitely a reason they call it labor.  Sounds like you did great though, despite how long and hard it was.
