I second dannic...when things calm down, baby will come! I was sick for two weeks...ds got sick...dh got sick...we had visitors...etc..the dishwasher broker. LOL! And literally the DAY everything was back to 'normal', baby arrived!...

For me, with two posterior labors now, it's an intense build up of pain in the back...just in the same way as a contraction in the front builds up to a peak and then dies down. I didn't have the crampy feeling with it with my son, but...
