Well do you have a rough idea of when you want to start trying? We're waiting until 2015 so I've made a list of goals I want to accomplish by then, some personal & some family orientated. It helps keep me distracted :)
At the very least I would go back & just double check that the doctor gave you the right size. When I got my diaphragm, the doctor told me it had to be a perfect fit around your cervix otherwise an "oopsie" could happen & sperm could get in. Better safe than sorry ;)
Finally another Calgarian! :) I've lived here for nearly 5 years . . it's nice to meet another on MDC :)   I have a 2 year old son who doesn't have a regular doctor . . neither do my husband and I. We only take him to the doctor if we feel he needs to see one (injury, etc). He's only been ill twice . . once with Roseola and once with a cold that last a few days . . otherwise he's very healthy. You could start out by just going into a medicentre near your home and seeing...
I definitely agree with the other mamas about reading the package inserts. What helped my husband & I decide was to also read the vaccine ingredients. Take each ingredient & research it separately to learn the side effects, risks, etc. It's very eye opening.   Both these links are very good!   http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/b/excipient-table-2.pdf   http://www.informedchoice.info/cocktail.html

Not sure if this has ever been posted, but I found this gem of a website today on Facebook and had to share:   http://www.uscfc.uscourts.gov/opinions_decisions_vaccine/Unpublished
180.7 here . . .0.3 lbs of a drop if that even counts    Good job ladies! :)
Thanks for the team list & huge congrats on the twin boys . . how exciting!!! :) Do you guys have names picked yet?
First time for LO was when he was 10 months old . . he got Roseola. The second time was this past December when he was 17 months old with a cold that lasted a few days. Hasn't been sick since though! :)
Hope you ladies don't mind if I join ya! Congrats on your pregnancy with twins, Lilac! That must be so exciting :)   I'm at 181 lbs (probably a pound or 2 more since I'm on my period currently) & I'm 5'3 . . yikes! I'd like to get down to 173 as my goal. My plan is to keep eating the way I have been (which is pretty healthy), but cut out the late night snacking . . that's a huge problem for me. I'm also training for a 5km walk at the beginning of October so I'll be...
