This reminds me of something years ago... I don't remember exactly (or maybe it was described to me?): a box of cereal reads "100% asbestos-free!", leading the consumer to believe there is surely asbestos in all the other cereals. Or like how the chance of prostate cancer goes up X% if you Y, but really it's still extremely, extremely low. 18x higher, when it's still ~1 out of 6 THOUSAND babies is perfectly acceptable, imo. Incredibly unlikely.
