The only store I know of doesn't have a huge selection. I think it is called Birth and Beyond. It has a few kinds of prefold, some Under the Nile and some Kooshies.

There are some fabulous items. A you pick all custom kss, a you pic all custom mm, and tons of fabulous baskets.
