My midwife suggested caffeine plus sugar for headaches. She said coffee or soda or tea with sugar is ok. I've noticed that combining caffeine with tylenol seems to help. I get migraines sometimes (haven't had one in months, knock on wood!) and I usually end up in bed for a while, but they don't come back once they're gone. They totally suck and I hope you feel better soon!!!!
