I was going full tilt until I started having contractions last week. I was put on bed rest for a few days and am doing better, but they really wiped me out-- I feel zonked! Also, any time I'm up and moderately active for a spell...

How about modified leg lifts or butterflies while laying on your side, or other pilates or yoga moves? very different pace from aerobic activity, but it will get your blood moving...and it might actually help with the spd.
