I gag every time I floss or brush too. My other pregnancies were horrible for it and left me with bad tooth problems. This time is much better but still unpleasant. If I'm feeling really gaggy, I just brush with water and that is better.

I have tried Birth pool in a box and La Bassine, BPIAB was WAY comfier than La Bassine for me. I didn't birth in either, just labored.
