21 weeks! Growing quickly now!

Hi--I am a first-time mom due in July. I am in the College Park area and trying to find a nanny/in-home care for my baby beginning in September/October of 2013. Does anyone know of any resources or have any recommendations? Thanks!

I'm starting to have a little belly, still feels like bloating a bit. I'm about 10.5 weeks.

We haven't told anyone yet, either. My husband had to tell one person at work to be able to attend our first appt. with the midwife. I have another appointment on December 3, and if we can hear a heartbeat then (at about 10 weeks) then...

This is my first--I'm about 6 1/2 weeks today. My husband and I are very excited! I also haven't had any symptoms yet, except being hungry and tired.
