Day three for me,three pounds down
I know that it is only water weight at the moment but is giving me the incentive to stick at it.My belly has gone down and I feel like I am less sluggish already,
I just had a whole bunch of steamed kale wit 1/2 of brown rice and the vinegarette that is in the book that goes with the broccoli vinegarette. yum yum and I am stuffed.
how is everyone else doing?
