sorry for the late check in...144.8.   IsaFrench, I've been looking into the 5:2 intermittent fasting and it sounds like a great plan...something that I might actually be able to maintain.  I'm still bf my 17 month old ds twice a day though, so maybe once he's weaned I'll give it a go.  Or maybe try a 6:1 and see if that does anything for me.  
145.5!  Hooray!   Wasn't quite expecting such a big loss but I'm thrilled!  The only thing I really changed was going back to a fructose (sugar) free diet and increasing the good fats in my diet.  Lots of full fat dairy (greek yogurt is amazing!!), young coconuts/coconut oil/coconut everything!, lots of vegetables, eggs, meat (not always the lean kind!) and nuts.     All in all, I've felt it was almost an indulgent week, was never hungry and feel amazing...so much...

147.7...so a gain for the 1st week of the challenge    I started a healthy eating plan last week and did so well all week....then over the weekend my eating was out of control!   Having a tough time with my DS waking every hour or two and finding it so difficult to eat well when I'm completely exhausted.  And of course diving into sugar...which is my tired/emotional eating go-to....makes me feel even worse.  I don't know whether to beat myself up over it, or give...

Am I too late to join again? If I can, my height is 5'5" and my starting weight is 146.4 (66.4kg) Haven't done well between challenges, partially from falling back into bad habits. Am beginning a new, more structured healthy eating plan this week and I really want this to become a real lifestyle change. Hoping I can do better this round
