Ok, here are my stats to kick this off! Weight: 148.4lbs (67.3kg) Height: 5'5" (165cm) Plan for this challenge is to stick to a low sugar (low fructose) diet, lots of healthy proteins, fats & veg. And to drink much more water! Some days I get by with just one or two glasses, not good since I'm also nursing my 15 month old! For exercise I'm going to continue walking and incorporate some Body Revolution DVDs too when I can. Might also throw some yoga into the mix. Loving...

Would really love to join you all if that's ok? Looking forward to it!
Hi!  Sorry I can't be of much help...having similar issues with my 14 month old DS.  He stopped nursing to sleep on his on so now I rock him to sleep and transfer him to his cot once he's asleep.  Each day I'm trying to put him down when he's less and less asleep (if that makes sense) so he gets used to being in his cot but most days I'm lucky to get an hour out of him (he clearly needs more).   At night he falls asleep in his cot holding my hand, but forget about it...
Thank you everyone for your replies!  It helps so much to have support through this forum.     Have had a good talk to DH and the main reason he wanted me to wean was to make things easier for myself.  I realise now that I don't really talk about all the positives of bf, I just tend to whine when it gets frustrating/painful etc.  I sometimes forget that he has no idea what the bond between a mother and her bf baby feels like.  So I spoke to him about how I love it,...
Thanks :)  I only really get out to walk in the afternoon because they get so whiny in the afternoon - I need the break!  Once they're in the pram I get that time to finish a thought without being interrupted with a million different requests   7/1 - 30 min walk around shops7/3 - 30 min brisk walk7/5 - 45 min walk7/6 - 45 min walk7/8 - 35 min brisk walk7/9 - 65 min brisk walk & 10 min yoga7/10 - 45 min walk7/11 - 45 min walk 7/12 - 30 min walk around shops 7/14 - 15 min...
