WOW!! I am in love, too! Thanks for sharing.
My 4 yo DS has just been on his 4th round of antibiotics for the same ear infection. He has never been prone to them, he has had only one other ear infection his whole life. The 4th antibiotic still did not work on this infection, and his Dr has now referred us to an ear specialist. My DH and I really don't want to take him there, for fear that the new Dr will only prescribe more antibiotics or ear tubes. (Not that I have to do what the new Dr says, but I also don't...
I'm still looking, too!

I know to expect some tears the first week, and that the second week may be even worse, but that's about all I've heard. He went for a little over a month. ...

Just wanted to introduce myself and share our story. I posted a month or so ago about not being able to make up my mind on hs'ing or sending DS to montessori preschool. Well, we did send him to school but it quickly became obvious that it was the wrong choice. DS has been home with me since birth and this was his first experience in school. He cried, sobbed, and grabbed me every day when I tried to drop him off. The teachers would literally pull him off me. It was...
I've had a hairless Waldorf doll on my sewing desk for months now! I tried to crochet a cap, but I can't crochet to save my life. Does anyone know how to just sew yarn to a doll's head? Or perhaps know where I can find some really good crochet wig instructions? I'm really at a loss here. Thank you so much!

He put tooth scratch marks on my brand new coffee...
I don't really know where to post this so I'll just put it here! I'm packing school lunch for the first time ever and I don't know what to put it in! At home I try to avoid plastic whenever possible. I use glass containers, DS has alway drunk from a glass jelly jar, and we've never had a problem. Now I have to pack his lunch for school (he's 4) and I don't know what to put it in. Obviously I can't use glass, put I hate to use plastic, it just gives me the...
