I've not been as active on here the last year and a half due to DS and just life. But last week my ds went through his final IFSP through a program called Pride and Joy (DS is 21 months) and they handed me a packet and some other information on parenting a child with special needs. Something I've never really thought about my son. Anyways. . .  just thought i'd join back in here as I know this forum has alternative options and suggestions thanks to the diversity of the...
I can't take credit for it lol. I happened upon it when i was looking for research while nursing my dd#1 and pregnant with number 2. And then i believe the kellymom site also has it quoted by one of the specialist who studies causes of miscarriage. It's very helpful as it is the same contractions and very informative! A lot of people responded with 'I never thought about that'.
DDCC-   I have only had one coached pushing and it was with my epidural. But even then it was the biggest joke because I was the one that told the nurse i felt like i needed to poop (30 minutes after they had checked me at a 2) and she told me it wasn't possible and to just poop since it would be taken care of later. Thankfully i was very adamant that she check me and watched in glee as she hurried around getting everything ready and calling the doctor since baby was...
DS is complete opposites of my 2 girls, so this has thrown us for quite a loop! Our marriage is taking a hit, and my sanity is proving to not be as iron clad as I had hoped it would be. So input is greatly appreciated.   First I'll share our history. 2 girls, both coslept till little brother came along (so 6.5 and 4.5 years), once he came along our girls' made the decision that they wanted their own room (much to my heartbreak), and they had no issues and slept...
From what i've researched even the Mayo Clinic is torn about this misinformation and many doctors under their services acknowledge that a child breastfeeding during pregnancy will not harm the mom or the baby being carried as the nutrients needed to sustain a pregnancy come from the body (think of hyperemsis pregnancies where the mom can sustain nothing and births an 8 lb baby) and a child breastfeeding come from the mom's diet. A mom who is on a proper and healthy diet...
Neither. You're temp taking is not consistant enough to get a true coverline. If i had to choose a coverline off those temps i'd go with 98. If your temps continue to rise i'd say you ovulate when it hits .3-.4 above 98.
My oldest dd had the binky until she started kindergarten (at 4.5). We took her into our pediatrician and the dentist to make sure no damage was being done and the dentist let us know that until she lost teeth and her adult set came in she would be fine. For her it was a comfort item. It provided her with comfort, reassurance and calmness. Who was i to deem when it was time for her to get it taken away? Then right before kindergarten started we asked her if the binky...
Yes. Do I think it will happen? Most likely not.   We have a 7.5, 5.5 and a 12 month old. I am NOT a baby person, but i became a bit more in love with newborns with DS (funny since he's been just as impossibly hard as his older 2 sisters). But primarily I'm a toddler and older child lover. A big part of me wanting another is for DS to have a playmate. I see how best of friends my older girls are and I want something like that for DS. He thrives on his sister's...
The CBE digi's are NOT sensitive at all and give you a VERY short window so that could be it. I bet you are gearing up, trust your body's signs over the tests if you can. Everyone is so different, but for me i get pain in my side by my hip when i have cysts. I would bet that you're gearing up to O! Your body could be in a hormonal shift right now. With my first 3 births i was like clockwork and once my PPAF returned it never fluctauted. But this time, it's crazy. So...
Oh that's just a cruel joke on you! I've done that before, if it makes you feel better. But i went a few days thinking i was pregnant because i'd thrown the instructions away and then picked up the box at target only to realize i should have seen a + not I I. LOL. Hoping your BFP comes   Sounds like Vulval Varicose Veins? I had a girlfriend that had them and she said during her menstral cycle she felt just like that. I'm sorry you're in so much discomfort   I just get...
