i like proraps, although i never tried tri-folding a pf... they fit very nicely over nb/sm fitteds.

imo, no, but i don't have a heavy wetter. i love regulars.

i do the jelly roll until babe starts eating solids and then i switch to the bikini twist - very rarely a leak.

i had so much trouble the first few times, it definitely takes practice. i follow the same mantra, knit off, purl, purl off, knit. you might be pulling the stitches too tight, but i don't know for sure... um, not sure what else to tell...
