Yay, good luck! I didn't lose my mucous plug last time. This time I've had more mucous lately than usual, but it is not blood tinged. I think some women see an obvious "plug" and some don't.

Ah, right... I am not a medical professional. But maybe you could ask yours what kinds of things you can do? I would think you could still do anything that does not include penetration...

Maybe try some labor induction activities... nipple stimulation, sex, etc. ? And as far as heading to the hospital... Do you have a feeling about it? Could you go just to get heart rate checked and then head back home?
