Here are the things I do/did (my kids are older). Bike to work. Run with baby in jogger. Workout to videos at home. Lunchtime walks. Weight watchers for nursing moms. Good luck! I gained and lost 50 pounds both times. The first it just came off but the second I had to work at it. It took some time but the deed got done.
