I am not sure an OB is who you would want per se. I think there is some holistic fertility place in Brookline that offers various treatments, and I think they would consult in much more detail what has happened in your friend's...
The Wellesley CNMs go to NW Hospital and the W. Roxbury go there, too, but Naomi Feingold of that practice also goes to the Brigham and works with the Kenmore Square practice.
I would highly recommend the HV W. Roxbury or Wellesley practices of their nurse midwives or Women's Health Associates. They are fantastic and have much more leeway than WHA with their docs of offering midwifery care.
I think you made the right choice. Two of my closest friends just had babies with her and had strange outcomes with her. Beth runs herself ragged, trying to offer consistent care, but eventually gets burned out like anyone...
