At Trader Joe's there is a great brand of bread made Milton's that has 5 g of protein and fiber per slice, so even a veg sandwich can add up.
Add nuts, beans and seeds to every salad: sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, etc. Buy those naughty coated walnuts if you have to. : )
