I know! I know! I am currently trying to do it, anyway. I will not be surprised if it takes over a year, but we own our house and I really want curb-side pick-up lol. I'll tell you what I have done so far: *called the local trash collection ("Waste Management" or WM) and asked them about it. Had to be very persistent as the woman who answered cust svc didn't know how to help me. I took notes and basically asked how to go about getting our neighborhood to be...
Ack! This is totally my 3 y/o daughter. The nose bit has relaxed some but the nail biting is new and drives me BONKERS. I try to ignore it but often I literally have to go into another room to not say anything. She also tends to pick at her toes - actually made the end of one bleed a tiny bit where there was dry skin from swimming earlier in the summer. A mean little voice in my head worries that it is a nervous disorder or I am making her unduly stressed. ...
I'm a big fan of pre-sorting laundry. We have separate baskets in the room for darks and lights and in the bathroom there is a basket for linens. When I have a chance to do a load I don't have to spend time and space on the floor separating before I can get some *real* work accomplished.
I am in TX and was refused service by an OB when i told her i planned on delivering at home with a mw (I went in for a non-pg related issue). I also had an internal ned dr say she wouldn't treat me for thyroid issue (instead, she wanted to refer me to a specialist, though she had treated me in the past) once i told her i was using a mw for a hb. personally, i will no longer advertise to an md if i am using a mw. both tmes i was "rejected" the doctors cited...
That is more/less comparable to what we paid in San Antonio this year.
Another suggestion in addition to what you've already read: I am in TX too and use DH's health insurance, which is a self-funded company plan. I am in the process of getting reimbursed but believe worst-case scenario I will get out of network coverage. I do plan to contest it when/if it comes back not in-network since I want a one-time exemption for a homebirth with a Midwife. I have spoken AT LENGHT with an HR rep from DH's work and she has been *extremely* helpful...

Oh a peri bottle - lol now why hadn't that yet crossed my mind? lol Thanks for the application tip
I haven't tried these patterns, but want to - they look pretty straight-forward: http://shewhorunsintheforest.googlepages.com/
I had a horrible run with headaches this pregnancy. Really really horrible. Here are some things I tried that helped: *chiropractor *make sure you drink enough water *MW recommended progesteron cream rubbed on temples and back of neck (the non-menopause cream). She says until the placenta is well established the hormone imbalance could be contributing to headaches *get plenty of rest! *for me, cutting back drastically on dairy (esp cheese) and tomatoes helped -...
