I'm hoping for a homebirth this time around, but there are some concerns. My history is c/s,vbac,c/s, vbac at home. I had a complete vaginal/rectal reconstruction due to prolapse of the bladder and rectum after my 4th was born. I also had tubal ligation. Hi, I'm elaina, stay at home mom to 4 kids ages 8,6,5, and 2. I had a tubal ligation back in June of 2009 after y last child was born. Here I am 2 1/2 years later and just confimed I am pregnant. We are in shock! I had an ultrasound done but am too early for them to see anything. There is a risk of ectopic pregnancy, but so far so good. I'm due somewhere around March 23rd.
I know this is a very old post, but thought I'd way in on it, in case others (like me) were searching. I had my tubal in June of 2009 after my 4th child was born. I just tested positive for pregnancy 2 days ago. Pregnancies after tubals, can and DO happen.
Coley was there for the entirety of my labor. She is very open to what her clients needs/wishes are. she helped get my labor going for various reasons (blood pressure was creeping up and i had been 5 cm. for WEEKS and had a bulging bag, etc).
