I had the same doula for both my hopsital births, and while it's true she wasn't as needed the second time (I had a very quick delivery the 2nd time.) I was still happy to have her around, and if I had been there longer I'm sure I would have needed the support.
We recieved some red baby converse as a gift, and they were very cute, but not worn much.
It won't be boring for her, my son was advanced and loved the sonlight books. Because they are "good books" regrardless of level. I would do core 1 to start. 1+2 covers all of world history in one year, which, for us would be too rushed, but maybe it would work for you. another thing to think about is do you have other children? If you have little ones they will probably enjoy listening along with many of the books, and that way you can keep them together for...
http://www.myrecycledbags.com/ her projects mostly use plastic bags, but you could use t-shirts in the same way for many of them.
Lil-a Like the first sylablle of lillian with the a like at the end of Canada.
I've used it in the past for allergies, and it does help.
2 boys now 11 and 8. Oldest had ane yeast infection when he was 2 1/2-- easily treated (I blame the disposable diapers.) No problems at all with youngest.
I need to catch up and get this chapter read. then I can comment.
