It will not be effective in increasing milk supply during pregnancy, if that's what you mean. I believe it is safe in smaller doses for its gastric motility purposes, but it won't have any effect on pregnant milk supply, alas.

Thanks for the input! I ended up with nearly a quart of whey (use for baking?) and a nice lump of cheese that smells fine and has a pleasant texture. So, no yogurt... but disaster averted!
