how about some greens+ for kids powder? you can mix in water or diluted juice, or those individually packaged apple sauces - tasty and a good nutritional boost. Restaurants will usually do up plain veggies in butter or something similar for you baby if you ask them to, it doesn't have to be too junky. around that age my son liked to chew on greens bars or tahini & honey based bars from the healthfood stores as treats too.
