Let me share my "curried anything" recipe given to me by my punjabi friends, I just posted it on another thread:
take your food processor out of the cupboard and put in:
-1 or 2 onions, quartered
-half a head of garlic, peeled
-inch chunk of ginger, peeled
-jalapeno pepper to taste
whiz until it's small, but not soup
heat up butter or coconut oil in a cast iron pan and throw in a tsp of cumin seeds (opt) until they're fragrant, then add the onion mix and saute...
