I weigh 167 lbs now.
When I started trying to lose weight last July I started at 180 lbs. I've yoyo'ed ever since.
I want to weigh 160 lbs by August 6th. My dd's b'day and my next doctor's appt.
I'm on the 5 Day Miracle Diet, which basically is low carb, no sugar, lots of veggies and some fruit.
I try to be active outside with dd, do aquafitness class 1/week and ride my bike on errands at least 1/wk.
