Most places/schools in NM will just take a copy of the notarized Objector's form that you *send* into the state, not the one that they send you back. Then when you get the copy back with the stamp on it, you can drop off a replacement copy to the school.
Remind her that she did the best she could at the time, with the information that she had available, with the supports she had. Also tell her that she is not alone - lots of people have also had traumatic births - and that there is NOTHING that determines whether a birth is traumatic except her personal feelings about the experience.
