I definitely want to join! I did this with DD#2. In addition to our bead we also included an inspirational birth quote or mantra.

We found out this morning that it's a girl! I couldn't believe it!!! I was so sure that it was a boy...I'm not sad at all, I actually wanted a girl. I have all the stuff!   DD#1, who is 6, asked if we could name her Isabel....

I had my first appointment today with my midwife! No heartbeat with the doppler (she said my bowels were, ahem, active), but she did a quick abdominal ultrasound. There was a the flickering heartbeat and little baby arms and legs....
