I have found that having smoothies with bananas and other fruits have really helped to keep me regular. I also have been taking probiotics, the 50 Million (Ultimate Flora) for vaginal support. And I think that helps...

Thanks for all your help!!    DP agrees with LightForest about the syllables being a bit wonky. Not sure what we will end up doing about it, but he thinks we should find a single syllable mn, so it won't be a mouthful...

Hi Sunshine!   Amazing that you had a UC with your first baby! I'm in awe! Now that you've gone through it once, what did you learn from that? What are you doing differently this time because of those experiences?
