Just don't forget, its the midwife you need to trust....and during labour you can always tell the nurse to go stuff it. I think maybe you assert yourself and prove knowledgable that the nurse may tame it down.

I am in HORRIBLE shape. I am overweight by around 50 lb and really don't do much exersise. That being said, I just bought a Wii Fit Plus and plan to use it. Its a goal of mine to only put on 10-15 lb this pregnancy and convert fat to baby.

I haven't even considered it. I just kind of have faith that my body will tell me if everything is not alright. I totally think I would overuse it as well.
