i reall like making chickpea flour "omelets" (no egg) mix chickpea flour with water until pancake batter consistency, add onion, tomato, green peas, anything you want, butter or oil pan, pour in, flip, really good! you can roll, wrap in foil and eat
i need ideas too, but one another thing we do is spread leftover black beans on toast.......
i just completed Day 1! I am doing raw for 30 days, except for one almond butter and jam sandwich a day, lol.......i started off today with lots of fruits, nuts, and 2 big salads (nursing a 7 month old baby and 3.5 year old)......have frozen bananas in the freezer for a green smoothie tomorrow......i am definitely excited to feel great and to lose some extra weight i have been carrying around
i think you just soak them overnight in water...they don't sprout, they just swell up...then you are supposed to throw out the soaking water and use as you like....
