I had just one, both times. I think I heard that it has more to do with the dosage too-twins that is. I was on 50mg for my first but I did take 100mg when I got pg with #2.

There are also some cool mist ones that have an ultraviolet light in them, they cost a little more, but the light will kill off any mold/germies that try to live in the moist environment.

I have worn each of my girls to Coors Field. My first was in a backpack type carrier on my front, and I just wore LO to her first game in my moby this month. No problems with either. Have fun!!
