I should add that it took until about 2 months with my first daughter. Had the large breast/ no head control issue. Once she had more head control we were set.

Yeah, we had tongue tie and lip tie issues to deal with.  She got both clipped at one month, but the clicking and air swallowing continued for a while as she relearned nursing....and side lying nursing meant lots of burping and...

How long did it take you and your baby to master side lying nursing?  With my first it was perfect, and guaranteed to get her to sleep.  With this baby....well, it's not working out as well as I would like....

You have all brought up some good things to think about. DH doesn't have any time off until fall, so we're just relying on temporary means now. But I'm rethinking the vasectomy idea. Not sure how I feel about permanent decisions.

Sounds like the keeping home policies are all pretty similar. The no nits one is brutal. That would be a lot of work!!
