OR- Not too bad. You just send in one letter per kid when you start homeschooling them. Then you test them in grades 3,5,8,and 10 but in most counties you hold onto the scores yourself. There are no portfolios or check ups. There are no penalties for flying under the radar, so many do that. If you get "caught" you just have to send in a letter of intent right away and then begin testing on the next applicable test. So no biggie.
