If it does end up being a yeast rash, you can just get some otc antifungal cream to use on it, too

I'm thinking this year for both my girls (ages 4.5 and almost 8) hitting up thrift stores and walmart/target and getting some new-to-them dress up type clothes in a trunk.. so that may be an option if she likes to dress up
both my boys LOVE playign with cars and trucks, so maybe some nice wooden ones?

I agree, 4 is a GREAT age for a dollhouse
We've only had issues with mold in the squirt toys.. so those we just buy cheap since we do throw them out once they get that way.. I personally think it's gross, but that's jmo
I think a play kithcen, large doll house or puppet theater w/ puppets are GREAT ideas
