well, I can't tell you what to do, but just want to throw in my support as a future student nurse! I'm just planning to start school in Sept 2009
this might sounds gross, but DS1's poops are really pasty and don't plop into the toilet, so I let the diaper dry out for a couple hours, before dunking in the toilet. Most of the poop comes off this way.
