"The Bully, the Bullied, and the Bystander" book could be helpful.   You could also look into whether the school has a bullying prevention program (not one of those day "programs") like Olweus Bullying Prevention.

I was pregnant when my ds' ADHD started showing itself; I slept in his bed when necessary and took naps with him. Didn't always work though. I'd see if you could do a sleep study; perhaps there is something going on that isn't helped...
