Taco bar here tonight - seasoned ground beef, fresh tomato, lettuce, salsa. Might dig out a can of refried beans. 
I've had a stomach ache all afternoon since a bad lunch, so I insisted on chicken noodle soup. I made the "grown up" version with herbs de provence and a little chardonnay mixed in. So good.

Husband made beans and franks with baked potatoes tonight. 
Going with Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice and buttered white bread. Going in for the win. I suppose I could saute some chicken to go alongside, but that seems like a bit too much work for my taste today. 
No idea what I'm eating... husband working weekend nights really throws off my dinner planning. We have our family meal for lunch, and we had the last of the crockpot rotisserie chicken today. So... need to figure out what to make for...
