My MIL burned some chicken, and is making frozen vegetables to go with it. Sigh. 
We decided to do the Mongolian beef tonight, so we're going to have beef broccoli with the egg rolls for tomorrow night. 
Tonight we're braving the frigid cold and snow and grilling out. Why not? We're doing mesquite chicken with cayenne and paprika roasted cauliflower.    No idea what we're doing tomorrow, but I've planned a few special...
Saturday we baked Russian teacakes and snickerdoodles. I wanted to do more, but this year has been crazy. 
I finished the dinosaur hat for my son's Christmas gift! So I think that puts me at 4 complete for the entire year, or some equally as paltry number. Oh well, better luck next year! 
Little too much chardonnay with my in laws tonight... tis the season!

Last night we did salisbury steak over noodles. Tonight I'm making a home made bolognese, and I'm going to bake a lasagna with half of it.
