I decided to start very slow here, but I'll post some goals and do the weekly reports. :
Either walk for 30 min or use the cross-trainer for 2x15 min everyday
Drink at least 2L of water, tea, and/or diluted fruit juice
Eat meat (at least) once a week
Tell myself that "I am fit, I exercise daily, I eat well."
I'll do this for a couple weeks, and then maybe add more. But I'm doing baby steps.
