Thank you for your replys. I continued with the warm compresses and contacted LLL. On MLK day I went to the ER. The redness was about the size of a quarter and the little black dot was then a nailhead. The evaluating MD said they would do a sonogram to determine if there was puss and if necesary drain it. I told her I had seen puss since Saturday when I first noticed the boil/pimple thing. The ER chief came over and said it was probably a staph infection and they sent me...

Again I applied warm/hot compress got a tiny bit of puss, and the black turned to red/pink. ...
Thank you for your reply. She does seem to be drinking less. But I don't know why. Her twin will chug a sippy cup of water, and C will take a few sips or play with the liquid. She first refused to nurse when she was sick with a stomache virus...also when she had mouth sores (on tongue). It is strange...

The urine is not dark yellow or brown or smell funny...just a lot less than usual. C does not have a fever. Historically, C had really full diapers. C doesn't complain or cry when voiding urine so I'm thinking it's not a UTI. C plays, climbs, learns new words...I don't get why the diapers a significantly less...

Hi ALL, So glad to find this thead. I am 23 weeks pregnant with twin girls. i am curious to know about your prenatal care. My OB is a maternal fetal medicine specialist and has scheduled numerous ultrasounds and informed me that no birthing center would take a twin pregnancy in NYC. She has indicated that the delievery will be very medicalized with numerous clinicians on hand. I am going to ask her about birthing without medication/epidural etc. She will deliver...
