I'm still trying to get back into going 4-5x a week. Right now, I'm going 3x a week - I do 30 minutes on the eliptical, about 5-10 minutes on the bike and then about 20 minutes of free weights. I take a yoga class once a week, plus I do yoga at home.
I might be getting a teaching yoga gig down here (finally!). Fingers are crossed that I get it.
