Body image is such a hard thing for so many women to deal with. Do you feel better (healthier) now that you have lost some weight? Do you have more energy or do you like how you feel after you exercise? Maybe you can focus on those types of things and not so much how you look in the mirror and it will help. Sometimes it just takes time to get adjusted to your new body as well. Hang in there!
