Heck yes, that is a ripoff! My son did swimming lessons for $25 at the high school with instructors. He went each Wednesday for 6 weeks (So Only 6 classes, but still...) Each class was 1 hour long.
Between $38-42 per month and that includes water, sewage and garbage I didnt think that was bad for 5 people (Laundry, playing in the hose all summer, dishes, baths everynight etc etc)
