I have done P90X, the instructor Tony is way to annoying for me to listen to or to keep the set, plus its really just basic weight training set to a DVD, go online and find a program and do it on your own borrowed yoga booty ballet...

they sleep about 10 hours a night, they go to bed at 7pm and are alseep by 8 and wake up (on their own) at 6am so yes a good amount of sleep, and they eat a healthy diet as well
