i just discovered there is a sauna and a steam room at my gym. does anyone here have any experience -good, bad or indifferent - with using the sauna or the steam room? is one better or worse than the other? how long should a new person spend in either one? do you cool off in the pool afterwards or do you take a cold shower? is there anything else i should know or do? thanks!
