Taking notes for new breakfast ideas! I have been liking the oats soaked with yogurt and fruit overnight, too.
 That's a great week of meals! It would really suit my family, too.
I had wanted to broil the tilapia with garlic and lemon, but ran out of lemons, so I ended up making it into a Vietnamese kind of thing with rice noodles, lettuce, red pepper, carrots, cabbage and a Vietnamese sauce (sriracha, garlic, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce).
Here's what I have going: Mon Tilapia, broccoli, salad Tues Steak, potatoes, salad Weds Chickpea curry, cauliflower, rice Thu Panini, vinaigrette coleslaw Days will probably get shifted around!
Get better soon! I'm not sick - just sick of the weather ‼ I'll make the chicken and potatoes tonight.

I hear you! I have been looking for happy endings or non-true-to-life stuff myself, both in books and movies/tv. We're so innundated with the bad stuff.
Started reading one of my grandpa's books. It's very good so far. Need to start one of his kids' books with my kids before we take our trip.
OK, bucked up and went into the kitchen. Put rice in the rice cooker & will serve that with tuna and Japanese "sprinkles" http://www.japanesekitchen.co.uk/furikake_seasoning.html   Plus I threw together Thai soup: red curry paste, a box of veg broth, can of coconut milk, splash of fish sauce, teaspoon of sugar, juice of half a lime and some fresh and frozen vegetables.
